Throughout the year, participating clinicians track their achievements, which are accumulated as points. All participants of the PACE Program are annually recognized and rewarded for their accomplishments, in the form of:

  • CEU or conference reimbursements
  • Additional days paid time off
  • Monetary bonuses
  • Reimbursement for clinical equipment used in the field
